Thru Reflect Line

A Similar self-calibration algorithm as developed by Engen and Hoer [1], more closely following into a more matrix form in [2].

Reference impedance of the calibration is characteristic impedance of the transmission lines. If the characteristic impedance is known, reference impedance can be renormalized using EightTerm.renormalize function.
