Effective phase of the calibration, arcsin(kappa/2), in degrees.

A quality metric derived from the normalized eigenvalue kappa: values approaching 90 degrees indicate a well-conditioned calibration. kappa/2 is clipped to 1, so the result is capped at 90 degrees. See [5]_.
