IEEEP370_MM_ZC_2xThru De-embedding Initializer

Parameters:
  • dummy_2xthru (Network object) – 2xThru (FIX-FIX) network.

  • name (string) – optional name of de-embedding object

  • z0 (float) – reference impedance of the S-parameters (default: 50)

  • port_order (['first', 'second', 'third']) – specify what numbering scheme to use. See above. (default: second)

  • bandwidth_limit (float) – max frequency for a fitting function (default: 0, use all s-parameters without fit)

  • pullback1 (int) – a number of discrete points to leave in the fixture on side 1 respectively on side 2 (default: 0 leave all)

  • pullback2 (int) – a number of discrete points to leave in the fixture on side 1 respectively on side 2 (default: 0 leave all)

  • side1 (bool) – set to de-embed the side1 resp. side2 errorbox (default: True)

  • side2 (bool) – set to de-embed the side1 resp. side2 errorbox (default: True)

  • NRP_enable (bool) – set to enforce the Nyquist Rate Point during de-embedding and to add the appropriote delay to the errorboxes (default: True)

  • leadin (int) – a number of discrete points before t = 0 that are non-zero from calibration error (default: 1)

  • verbose (bool) – view the process (default: False)

  • args – passed to Deembedding.__init__()

  • kwargs – passed to Deembedding.__init__()

  • dummy_fix_dut_fix (Network)

Return type:

None
